ASA interfaces retrofitting

For many brake testers of German manufacturers (MAHA, AHS Prüftechnik, Beissbarth, Cartec, Hofmann, BOSCH, ATT and many more), there is the possibility to upgrade old brake testers (manufactured before 10/2011) in accordance with the German Directive 2011 – no matter what age the brake tester is! Merely the mechanical prerequisites must be met. We offer you the possibility to check comfortably and free of charge via questionnaire if your brake tester can be upgraded. If the brake tester is upgraded, it will fulfill all requirements of the Directive 2011 and dispose of an ASA Livestream Interface then.

We install and support exclusive Cartesy-Upgrade-kits throughout Germany for the following manufacturer: Beissbarth, AHS Prüftechnik, Cartec, Hofmann, BOSCH, ATT und Nussbaum! Currently 80 different models can be upgraded. Our service engineers have all required manufacturer instructions, the Cartesy-instruction as well as the instruction of the ESZ AG for the concurring upgrade, routine testing and calibration according to ISO 17025.

We offer you the comfortable opportunity to check the Upgrade of your brake tester via an online questionnaire at no charge. Once the brake tester is upgraded it serves the requirements in accordance with the German Directive 2011 and is equipped with the ASA-Livestream Interface.

All upgrade sets have already been approved by the state institution (TÜV Nord) and are released for the german market. There are already 1000 pieces installed.

The upgrade has no essential influence regarding the machinery directive, thus fully preserving the original CE conformity declaration, type examination as well as potential warranty claims of the manufacturer for his brake tester.
